Conditions for Refunds:
- Unused Downloads: A full refund will be granted if you have not downloaded your resume in its final (PDF) format. This ensures you are only charged for the service of building your resume, not simply accessing templates or evaluating platform features.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from using the platform as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchase a plan and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of purchase), we will consider a full refund if you haven't downloaded the resume.
- Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times due to any issue at payment gateway, please contact us and we will consider a full refund for the duplicate payments.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Downloaded Resumes: Refunds will not be granted for plans where the user has downloaded their resume in its final format. This is because the service of creating the resume has been delivered.
- Subscription Fees: Our platform does not currently offer subscriptions. However, if we introduce them in the future, please note that subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the service period begins.
